Create Your Brand

Turn what makes your business matter into a brand people can see.

A great brand doesn’t start with a logo.

It starts with understanding what needs to be communicated — then making every creative decision from there.

Create Your Brand turns the thinking behind your business into a distinctive visual identity.

From your logo and typography to colour, imagery and graphic language, everything works together to show people who you are, what you stand for and why you’re worth choosing.

So your brand doesn’t just look good. It means something.

Start the conversation

You’ve spent years getting really good at what you do. Your customers know it. Your team knows it. Your industry probably knows it too.

But to someone finding you for the first time, you can look just like everyone else.

The people who know you already know how good you are.

It’s everyone else who’s missing out.

“I wish I’d found you sooner.”

You hear it from customers who’ve already spent time and money elsewhere trying to solve their problem.

Then they find you.

The business that listens. The business with the experience. The business they should have found first.

But when someone doesn’t know you yet, they can only judge what they see.

If your brand looks outdated, they can assume your business is too.

If a competitor looks more current, clear and professional, they may choose them first, even when you know you offer more.

That’s the opportunity you’re missing.

You’ve already done the hard part. You’ve built a business worth choosing.

Your brand should help the right people see it sooner.

Don’t change your brand because you think it needs updating. Understand it first.

Most businesses come to us thinking they need a new logo.

But before we decide what needs to change, we need to understand what’s already there.

Meet Discover Your Brand

A 4 to 6 week brand strategy process that uncovers what’s really behind your business.

We talk to you, your team and your customers to uncover why people choose you, what makes your business matter, where you’re going and what your customers see in you that you might not see yourself.

And that last bit matters.

Because you’re often too close to your own business to see what makes it exceptional.

We go from: “I don’t think we need a new logo.”

to “We know who we are, why we matter and what our brand needs to communicate.”

You finish with clarity, direction and a brand blueprint that keeps everyone on the same page and guides what happens next.

And when it’s time to design, we’re not designing from opinions.

We’re designing from a strategy we all agreed on.

“I wish we’d done this sooner.”

What to expect

We start by getting curious.

Our brand Strategist, Kel talks to you, your team and your customers, reviews your competitors and digs into what’s really going on inside your business.

She’s listening for the things that matter. What your customers value, what your team knows, and what you might be too close to see yourself.

Discover

Then the patterns start to appear.

We uncover why people choose you, what makes your business different, where the gaps are and what your customers see in you that you might not see yourself.

This is often where the “I’d never thought about our business like that before” moments happen.

Uncover

We don’t disappear and come back with all the answers.

Kel shares what she’s finding as you go. Together, you work through your purpose, vision, values, proposition, personality, emotional response and brand essence, testing and refining until it feels true to the business.

Build

The Brand Foundation

Everything comes together in your Brand Foundation.

One clear, agreed foundation for who you are, why you matter and what your brand needs to communicate.

Then we sit down together and ask the exciting question:

What comes next?

That might mean evolving what you already have. It might mean a bigger change. And yes, often it means moving into branding with you.

But now we’re making that decision for a reason, not because someone decided the logo looked a bit tired.

It started with a podcast.

A few years ago, my sister sent me a podcast about branding and brand personality.

“This is really good. You should listen to it.”

My response?

“That’s what I do.”

She had no idea.

Here was a smart, successful business owner who understood the brands she bought from and chose every day, but had never really thought about what a brand could do for her own business.

And I realised she wasn’t alone.

There were exceptional small businesses everywhere doing brilliant work, but they’d never stopped to uncover what their brand actually was, or what it could do for them.

So I sent the podcast to my friend Kel.

Turns out, she knew the people being interviewed. She’d worked with them.

Kel is the best brand strategist I’ve worked with. I’m a designer and creative. We think differently, but we speak the same language. And when we started putting those two brains together, something clicked.

Kel goes deep into the business and uncovers what makes it matter.

I’m there throughout, listening, questioning and already thinking about how we could make those ideas visible.

So when it’s time to design, I’m not handed a strategy document and asked to interpret it.

I was there when we uncovered it.

The strategy doesn’t sit on a shelf.

It becomes the brief.

Exceptional at what they do. You just couldn’t see it.

The Nowra Chiropractic Centre was already a successful clinic with loyal patients and a strong reputation.

But none of that was captured in their logo.

Through Discover Your Brand, we uncovered what was already there.

Their competitors were their patients.

Their patients talked about their knowledge, precision, trust and care. Things they hadn’t necessarily recognised as the reason people chose them.

One insight stood out:

“The biggest shift was understanding how our patients actually perceived us, compared to how we assumed they did.”

— Harry Davis | Nowra Chiropractic Centre

That understanding gave us the foundation to create a brand that finally showed people what made this business matter.

Precise adjustments. Big impact.

The investment

You’re not paying for a document. You’re building the foundation your brand decisions can come back to for years.

Discover Your Brand isn’t for everyone.

You’re brilliant at what you do. You care deeply about your customers. You’ve built a business with a great reputation, but you know there’s more potential sitting there.

You don’t need to have the answers.

You do need to be curious, open to what we uncover and willing to be part of the process.

Because this is collaborative.

We’ll bring the questions, research, strategy and creative thinking. You bring everything you know about the business you’ve spent years building.

The best work happens somewhere in the middle.

Probably not for you if...

  • You want us to disappear and come back with all the answers.

  • You’ve already decided what the answer should be.

  • You’d rather debate the tiny details than make the decisions that actually move the brand forward.

Got questions? We have answers.
